Altitude, Heart Patients and Lung Fluid

The Mayo research team on Mt. Everest is preparing to trek out from base camp this week and one of the goals of their expedition has been to study how and why people, at extremely high altitudes, develop fluid buildup on their lungs. The same thing happens to patients with congestive heart failure. Researchers say if they can understand more clearly what happens to the lungs, perhaps they can discover an effective treatment. Vivien Williams explains.
