Sometimes the science of weight loss and diet is the science of behavior. Mayo Clinic researchers established the ground rules for measuring calories, blood glucose -- even the proper dosages for insulin -- back in the 1920s and '30s. Yet more and more people are being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes today. Changing behavior, not just losing pounds, is the answer. Among the other panelists was David Brown, who lost big on the Big Loser TV program. Nancy, who has been training newly diagnosed patients at Mayo for over a decade, shared her expertise nationwide with the Huffington Post audience. Take a look.
