Mayo Clinic launches advanced care at home model of care
Mayo Clinic announced a new care model that will deliver innovative, comprehensive, and complex care to patients—all from the comfort of home via a new technology platform. Through advanced care at home, patients with conditions previously managed in a hospital will have the option to transition to a home setting and receive compassionate, high-quality virtual and in-person care and recovery services.
Under the direction of Mayo Clinic physicians, advanced care at home offers comprehensive and restorative health care services including infusions, skilled nursing, medications, laboratory and imaging services, behavioral health, and rehabilitation services from a network of paramedics, nurses and an ecosystem of support team members. This initiative, part of the Mayo Clinic Platform, brings these elements together for a seamless care experience at home, combining technology, innovation, and clinical expertise to ensure that the needs of the patient come first.
Mayo Clinic launches imaging solution to enable digital pathology across the enterprise
In support of Mayo Clinic’s digital health and practice transformation initiatives, the Mayo Clinic Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology has initiated an enterprise-wide digital pathology implementation of the Sectra digital slide review and image storage and management system to enable digital pathology. ...
Specializing in rare and complex pathology cases across all medical subspecialties, the new solution will enable the pathology practice to enact additional operational efficiencies, leverage image sharing and collaboration features, and build a digital pathology image archive to advance educational, research, and artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives.
Mayo Clinic experts to help guide Delta Air Lines COVID-19 safety measures
Delta Air Lines and Mayo Clinic, a global leader in serious and complex medical care, are deepening their relationship to provide additional safety and COVID-19 infection control measures for customers and employees. The collaboration is another significant step in Delta’s efforts to build upon its foundation of care and cleanliness, known as the Delta CareStandard, to mitigate the risk of transmitting COVID-19 during travel. ...
The Delta CareStandard layers of protection, along with other measures that protect employees, in part contributed to a significant decrease in the number of employees testing positive for COVID-19 between April and May. Since May, the number of employees testing positive is well below the national average. Delta is working closely with expert advisors at Mayo Clinic to review, enhance and continuously improve health and safety protocols.

Is there a way to communicate with the biomedical engineers? I have an Idea drawn out, should aid with Tinnitus. Will be attached to the Vestibulocochlear nerve (a functional portion of it) if, that's the case.
Well, more on that with the engineer. (not looking for monetary compensation) This is not spam, I have been trying to find a way to convey this for years! I'm worried you won't take seriously. I will not keep pushing, really really trying to help a friend, that has a huge problem with it! I have small medical background, have invented before.
